I was wondering how long does it take for an avast representative to actually answer your ticket.
I made a ticket regarding a refund for the Avast SecureLine due to not having a south korean server (I thought i saw Seoul as an option, but then realized it was a very old post).
I did that last week, the 7th of april and they state it should be answered within 24-48 hours.
Sadly, its been over a week and i kinda want that refund.

You should receive a reply within 5 - 7 business days.

Yeah i’ve notice you mentioned “business days” which (to my understanding) excludes saturdays and sundays.

And as it is Eastern, I doubt they will work next monday.
In many countries it is a national holiday.
Here in New Zealand, we are having a long holiday. Friday (14/04/2017-17/04/2017) is Easter Holiday. Happy Easter Holiday to all of you
Friday 14/04/2017 is Good Friday
Monday is Easter Day.
