Hello Avast Forum Team, I went to the settings to change the interface to dark mode, because my eyes hurt with this brightness.
When I get there, the option to change it does not appear. What do I need to do to be able to put it in dark mode?

It has been this way since the new forum was released, it has been reported that the dark mode isn’t working, but a lack of a response. They either need to fix it or remove the Dark Mode setting, my preference if fix it. Unfortunately there is nothing the user can do to have it change to dark mode.
It is very bright (I have Firefox in Dark mode) and it is like someone shining a bright torch in your face when I switch to a forum topic.
Many site actually honour a browsers dark mode setting.

No, neither Firefox nor Win 11 24H2 dark mode are able to reduce this uncomfortable brightness. Or maybe I should say glare?
Which is pretty much what I said in the post above yours.
It doesn’t honour your Browser settings and outside of that it doesn’t even work in the forum settings. Its uncomfortably bright, with massive areas of Bright White outside of the amber background of the Posts/Replies.
If the actual narrow width of the Posts and Content Column were increased it wouldn’t be so bad. This is a damn waste of space.
