Date of Last Scan not Displayed

hi guys,

I’m back with a new issue. Recently I change some settings to my user accounts on vista. I wanted my Admin account to have the right to write to and modify files in my Standard user account. By default these were forbidden (the only settings allowed were the right to read, execute and list folder contents). after having changed these settings I have noticed that Avast no longer keeps track when I did my last scan. It simply says: :not done yet". I have since did the following:

-Tried the repair option from the Program Features. (no results… same issue)
-Manually reset the User account settings to their defaults (no results again)
-Uninstalled Avast via Program Features and then ran the Avast removal tool from safe mode (each time doing a reboot). (Still no results same issue)

Can any one offer help…sugestions

None of these actions will help.
To get the Last Scan field updated, full HDD scan needs to be made. Please see here: http://forum.avast.com/index.php?topic=11290

ah…thank you tech…I think I did a couple of those and it didn’t show… Let me get some things done and I’ll get back to you in 24 hours with my results…

Not quite 24 hours. I should be more punctual. Sorry for that. OK. Well you were right. I did as you instructed and go figure I can now see the date of the last scan. Thank you again tech for the support.
