Avast Passwords is EOL now so it’s indeed considered dead. 
As for your other question, I’ll try to ask devs to check your topic.
I just need access to my saved passwords, It doesn’t matter if I can’t use the password manager anymore. I have old accounts that were tied to old emails I no longer have access to so I can’t reset the accounts. I just need to access my data that’s all I need. Thanks
