Death of customer & useless "support" site

I have been trying to inform you that Louisa is dead. Her credit cards are inactive.

Your “support” site is HORRIBLE. There is no way to communicate with anyone but a sales agent.

TAKE HER OFF OF YOUR LIST.

Unfortunately there is no information in your post that would be able to do this. Plus it shouldn’t really be conveyed in a public forum.

Before shooting the messenger, I’m an avast user and don’t work for Avast.
