Decompression bomb is trojan

Avast detected a decompression file.Last night I installed a program that contained it.Someone started controlling it so I know it was a trojan.I need help removing this file as it is invisible where avast says it is and it doesn’t come up when I search for it.

I got it through skype.It no longer shows in downloads either so the only way would be to unblock the guy and risk him taking control again.I will do it if we absolutely have to test it.On a side note I noticed the space used on my C drive has jumped a few Gigs.
