Decompression Bomb

First, I started this post b/c when searching I found stuff on decompression bombs but, never a topic with that title and they all say it is harmless…well, that hasn’t been my experience. I am very happy with any help any of you reading this can give me(this doesn’t include people saying something like “if i were you i’d hold my laptop tight to my chest and stand play on the interstate while blindfolded” …you ppl all know what you can do  )
My system has run slow and lags pretty bad even when i’m not online or running anything. Opening something will sometimes take 10-15sec(worst case) after clicking an icon to open it. Also, since finding this(below) Avast hasn’t found ANY problems in scans i’ve done since. Malwarebytes doesn’t find much either. Ccleaner always finds stuff to clean off but, it’s all back the next time(usually i run everything at least once every 24hrs) i scan. Please help. I’m losing marbles left and right here.
(system specs & some software i use after bold section)
When I do a boot scan I get this(I typed all this bs out from pic I took with my phone. Sux)

Press Esc to bypass scanning

I don’t know what to put here so bear with me and please don’t use acronyms or shorthand in your response because chances are idk wth(lol) you’re talking about -no, really, i won’t know. Here are my system specs:

Dell Inspiron 15R 7520 SE
Intel dual-quad core i7 2.20GHz
Win 8.1 64 bit
8GB ram

Running…
Avast Premium 2014.9.0.2021 -i have everything set to be as thorough as possible. I’m no expert though.
Malwarebytes Anti-Malware Premium 2.0.2.1012 Database 2014.10.2.10
Ccleaner 4.17.4808(64 bit)

Ccleaner always finds stuff to clean off but, it's all back the next time(usually i run everything at least once every 24hrs) i scan.
yes as CCleaner find all leftovers/temp files that is made by the OS evrytime you surf ..... it is normal and not dangerous and running CCleaner once a week to remove leftover is plenty i think latest version will tell you when to run it CCleaner forum here http://forum.piriform.com/?showforum=4

Decompression bobmb is just a highly packed file
quote Igor from avast team

A decompression bomb is a file that unpacks to an enormous amount of data - thus "flooding" the unpacking engine. It's quite hard to detect such files reliably, so it's possible that it gives some false alarms ocassionally.

in your case they seems to belong to Xbox, if not to big you can always upload and test suspicious files at one of these places

www.virustotal.com max 64mb file
www.metascan-online.com max 80mb file
www.jotti.org max 25mb file

When I do a boot scan I get this(I typed all this bs out from pic I took with my phone. Sux)
why do you do a bootscan? ........ boot scan is not meant to be used as a regular scanner http://www.avast.com/en-eu/faq.php?article=AVKB132#artTitle
Important: Please be advised, that the Boot-time scan is an advanced and purposeful feature designed to be used only when there’s something bad going on the system, and usually takes some time before it finishes. That's why it cannot be scheduled to run every time the computer starts, but as needed only.

Hey, thanx for the help Pondus. It hasn’t fixed the system -it’s still very laggy- but I have ruled out the Xbox file as the culprit. So that’s progress at least. I’ve attached the logs that ‘essexboy’ instructs be attached in his post ‘Logs to assist in cleaning malware’ . Beyond that I was running everything small enough from my downloads folder through the sites you gave links for –
http://www.virustotal.com/
http://www.metascan-online.com/
http://www.jotti.org/

I got sidetracked and lost my place so I’ll probably have to start over unless you have a better idea -it’s a bit tedious to run each file one at a time; totally willing to continue this method if it is the only way.

Anyways, thanx allot for your help. I appreciate it.

PS: I don’t always run a bootscan -only did in this case b/c running the normal scans came back saying everything is all good. Oh! By the way, I ran into a KERNEL_DATA_STARTSCREEN_ERROR -it was something like that the other day. I couldn’t do anything. The mouse pointer would move around the screen but wouldn’t highlight anything. Tab key also wouldn’t scroll through things(often, -usually at this point- when I start up the pc or take it out of hibernation the screen is all blue when it should show a lockscreen picture that i have selected; it doesn’t show anything but blue until I press tab to cycle through the objects. I cycle through like this til it lights up the pin entry field. I enter my pin and it unlocks to the desktop as it should. Other things I can think of is that ‘MyDell’ stopped working and I have been unable to reinstall it as everytime I visit the Dell website it crashes the browser. If you know how I can pull up the exact line it gave me for the KERNEL_…ERROR I would be happy to get that for you. Thanx again. Peace.
