I’ve tried the Avast Business software on 3 different pc-s. All three of them has windows xp on it. On 2 of the computers the deepscreen starts up automaticly even if the service is inactive and all shield turned off. (Intel Dual Core, intel chipset)
On the third computer the deepsceen turns back on after restart. (AMD64 X2, nVidia chipset)
Did you disable it in the web console? If you do it at each computer, it will reset to what you have configured in the cloud.
Correct, you MUST disable the setting in the console, otherwise the client settings are overwritten at the next refresh interval.
its always good to test on one client (for exclusions, etc) but always remember to make the change in the console to make it permanent
