Default rules

Avast Free Antivirus / Premium Security

I set my Firewall Policies, Default Rules as “ASK”, but every time I start my PC, I have to check “Allow” or “Block” some rules.
Is there a setting, that I missed maybe, that Avast Internet Security remember these “Answers” and not to “respond” every single
restart?
I had before other antivirus before that remembered my “answers”.
Please help.

Here are a few

services.exe
is trying to listen for connections from the Internet

svchost.exe
is trying to open a Web page using a secure connection (HTTPS)

svchost.exe
is trying to listen for connections from the Internet

SkypeHost.exe
is trying to open a Web page using a secure connection (HTTPS)

System
is trying to connect to the Internet

and on every “response” is ticked “Remember my answer”.

After restart all answers I "have to “answer” again

Repair Avast:

  1. Control Panel → Add/Remove programs → Avast
  2. Click on ‘Repair’.
  3. Follow instructions.
  4. Reboot.
