Defender Pro?

Has anyone ever heard of this program before?

I was in the local Wal-Mart this morning getting some essentials and decided to stop by the electronics section to see how much Symantec and McAfee are charging consumers for there crap products and this box caught my eye called “Defender pro” claiming to be I believe it said to include Anti-virus anti-spyware and system utilities when I looked around on the back I noticed a picture of the Anti-virus modual was virtually a twin of KAV 07, then I looked around for awards and noticed what appeared to be a fake Virus Bulletin 100% award just wanted to know if anyone has ever heard of this?

Good lord it does sound like hell from the link you gave me jeez hopefully no one buys it.

It sells because many Walmart customers have no idea how bad it is. :frowning:

This is a similar situation to that “Stop Sign” crap you can see advertised on US tv.

The general public is non-informed when it comes to such things.

Very true sadly, I believe since its that bad that wal-mart needs to pull the product of the shelf

What about our friend GOOGLE still pushing xp antivirus and similar

Defender Pro uses Kaspersky engine.

so what’s the problem with it?
All products have problems but does this one attract complaints unfairly?
