Definition of ALWIL

I was just wondering, maybe I am blind… What is the definition of Alwil, and why did you choose that name?

We only dealt with word "avast! there. Word “alwil” is not mentioned anywhere…

Exactly, and it has to have some meaning… otherwise it would be just another came-quick-to-mind word…

Maybe Vlk had in mind somethign like this… a new visionary just like Bill Gates ;D ;D ;D

Like most people said, that its just the definition of avast!, not ALWIL…

I don’t want to make this challenging, I am just interested, why you chose this name…
