.mdmp files take upp a large amount of space on my harddrive. I don’t know which Avast program that produces them. The largest looks like this: C:\ProgramData\AVAST Software\Avast\log\unp310936521426591159x-manual.mdmp
Is there a way to delete them safely?

.mdmp files are for troubleshooting by developers; you can delete these files, especially old one. To delete these files, boot into safe mode and do it from there.
