Is there any way to delete a skin if you don’t like it in Avast 4.6 Home? ???
Hello and welcome to the forums, you can change skins within the simple user interface by right click inside interface >select skin. You can also download new skins from here too.
You can delete skins at My Computer>Local Disk>Alwil Software>Data>Skins
However if you delete some default skins such as teak zeppelin.asws and silver panel.asws, they’ll come back when you do an update. 
To remove default skins go to Add/Remove programs applet into Control Panel click on the ‘Change’ buttom and uncheck skins.
This doesn’t remove ability to use skins, but should stop default ones comming back.
Silver Panel cannot be deleted (so does Low Res but this one is not shown on the list)
The other 2 default skins, Teak Zeppelin and SZC-KDE can be removed.

Cause I downloaded a couple I didn’t like!
Well, in this case is just delete the file here:
C:\Program Files\Alwil Software\Avast4\Data\Skin
You don’t need to worry that much
