Device listed twice and Mobile Bakcup should seem not active

I have Anti-Theft and Mobile Backup installed on my Honor 8 (listed as FRD-L09).

I don’t know why but in Avast Account I can see this device listed two times.

  • The first one tells me that I have installed both Avast Apps but Anti-Theft is not running (and force activation fails due to "unable to contact device) even if I checked PIN.
  • The second one tells me that I have installed only Anti-Theft and it is currently running, but I don’t have mention of Mobile Backup. I also just tried to do a backup from my device but… neve changed

Please, can you explain me what’s happening?

Make sure you have the latest version installed for AT as well as for AMS
Remove the devices from your account.
Wait e.g. 4 hours (it can take a while before changes are stored)
Connect the device again to your account

Also, please note that Mobile Backup isn’t supported anymore.

What??? It is not supported? Why?

I have not any notify about this fact… and so, what are new alternative?

Look in the playstore, plenty there to find.
