I have Anti-Theft and Mobile Backup installed on my Honor 8 (listed as FRD-L09).
I don’t know why but in Avast Account I can see this device listed two times.
The first one tells me that I have installed both Avast Apps but Anti-Theft is not running (and force activation fails due to "unable to contact device) even if I checked PIN.
The second one tells me that I have installed only Anti-Theft and it is currently running, but I don’t have mention of Mobile Backup. I also just tried to do a backup from my device but… neve changed
Make sure you have the latest version installed for AT as well as for AMS
Remove the devices from your account.
Wait e.g. 4 hours (it can take a while before changes are stored)
Connect the device again to your account
