Devs Fix this issue!

If i switch windows users on my pc, avast ceases to work. Example: I choose “log off” in order to log into another user account on the computer. Avast always fails when i do this. There is no reaction to me attempting to open the program whether i use the widget on my desktop or the icon. If i try to open avast after i have switched users, it will stay stuck in the not responding mode. I am unable to use safezone or any avast feature/shields. I am then forced to restart my computer to get it running normal again. It is stupid for me to have to restart my system whenever i want to switch UAC’s. One time my computer crashed when this happened. I was forced to uninstall the program and re-install in safezone to get my computer back up and running. THIS IS A SERIOUS ISSUE! I DOUBT i am the only one with this issue or that can duplicate it. I would like a an avast support team mbr/Moderator to respond and tell me how to fix this or what is in the works for a fix. This is a big inconvenience. Where is the customer service???

hey are you using the latest version of avast? 8.0.1483?

are you using any other security programs like a third party firewall?

you coud creat a dump file to upload to avast.
