Secondly, I run the program and find what needs to be fixed and when I click on it, it says I must pay for a whole year again. So does this mean my activation code is not working because the below has not been fixed.
What was it telling you you need to fix. was it after a smart scan and then a notification said you are being watched, you have lots of junk, yo need to update hundreds of drivers.
