I already applied for a refund on October 29th. But now it’s been almost one month and I still haven’t received any refund from the original route (Alipay)!!
Every time I asked for a refund, I got the exact same email. Customer service never reads my attachments, as if there isn’t a live customer service person here:

You should now have your money back within 7 business days in the account you used for the initial purchase.
According to our system, you ordered Avast SecureLine VPN and on the same day requested a refund. You should definitely have received a refund by now. Could you please contact Alipay and ask them to look into it on their side, please? Please PM their response, if unsuccessful.
