I have ordered avast through digital river twice and still the avast screen comes up showing that I have no protection. I really don not understand what is going on. Have emailed digital river and they sent me here!
More details would help. Which product did you order (AV/IS) and was it v4 (renewal) or v5 (new)?
Did you receive an email acknowledging the order. If so, did it have a file attachment?
Simply “ordering” isn’t sufficient. Ordering gets you a key (v4) or a key file (v5) which
you must enter into the product to register it.
