Digital Rivers charged on bank but no Avast email to me - what is this?

I have been using Avast for years. I have 2 paid subs to VPN.

My laptop was running very slow so I started to purchase Cleanup but did not complete the purchase. My bank has been charged $39+ by digitalriver but I have not gotten any email from Avast to show what the purchase is.

This is a little confusing as all my other Avast charges have gone through Paypal.

I cannot sign into my correct Avast account since my laptop crashed with that data on it and am using this alternative account.

How can I get into my other account and how do I find out what and why this bank charge?
