Direct Contact custom support??

Is there an easy way to contact support?
I am trying to upgrade our version of the program on our network, but this new process actually makes things so much harder.
I know what product we used to use, but our network has changed and I would like to contact an actual person to discuss. I am not able to do by phone as I am on installs right now. The website is a maze of clicks that leads me to where I do not want to be, or pushes forum use.
I do not want to go through a forum or guess at what we need. When paying thousands of dollars for coverage, you would think the site would be user friendly in the least.

Thought I replied to this already, but doesn’t seem to be showing up.

Using that link doesn’t work as it is assuming I know what I want, but I do not, which I why I wanted to speak to a person.
The way I contacted support before is no longer supported.
I managed to find a business contact link, but when I filed out my whole series of questions and hit submit on the form, it says “error submitting, please try again later” It would be comical if it wasn’t so sad.
This is a business product that I am trying to inquire about.

Have you contacted a reseller in your area as they can give a personal service

I do not have a reseller local.
I did everything online originally. I went against what others told me and picked avast. To be honest I have never had much luck with their customer support…

Is there no way to just email tech support?

wow, a few hours later and website is still saying error in submitting, please try again later. This customer support is laughable. I would think you would make it easy for someone to buy your product.

Does Avast no longer do online support? There is a local reseller, within 3 hours, I just don’t understand why I wouldn’t buy through Avast themselves. Having supported our network for 20 years and many programs I have always dealt with the software companies directly. Usually cheaper that way as well.
I don’t mean to be short with forum users, I am just very frustrated with their lack of usable support.
