I want to completely disable the request to open a new browser in Bank Mode. I won’t ever use this function and completely kills the trust my bank has in my browser and my PC. I am at wits end and about to go to McAfee or even worse Defender, but Avast is getting so bloated and makes it impossible to find things in their interface. Plus the damn verification below is way too hard to read even when I request another image.

So far you have made two posts and nothing about the Avast product/browser that you are using
Presumably you are using Avast Secure Browser and Avast Antivirus (which version ?)
We recommend using Bank Mode each time you want to access a [i]banking website or pay online[/i]. Open Bank Mode. Open Avast Premium Security and go to Protection

The captcha screen is there for new forum members for the first 3 posts, it is an anti spam measure.
Totally agree, been with paid Avast for many, many years and popup crap and selling. next time at renewal I will probably be doing the same thing! Bye-Bye Avast!

AVAST really does have very aggressive pop-ups asking you to buy their products.
I have more than 100 days left on my subscription and they are already offering me to buy again with a bunch of pop-ups popping up.
This is a horrible practice for the customer experience.
