DISM log and AVAST discrepancies after Clean Install

Hi Group. Dell OptiPlex 745(SFF), 5x80GB/Windows 7 32-bit SP-1 Home Premium. I’m throwing this out there because I am not a techie, don’t really know what this is about, and thought some responses from the lay-group involved with Avast would help. I am a “learn as you go” guy, and I found out real quick that (apparently) the DISM (CheckSUR) on NotePad can’t be copied to anything. I also know I may be wrong about that, but since I couldn’t figure it out quickly I’m hand typing relevant parts of the DISM log. I have 8 entries, all involving AVAST:

Now, the closest I have come to this is “error 1083”, which encompasses a wide range of problems leaving most solutions specific to the particular problem. This all (and only, no other problems recorded) showed up when I scanned with “DISM” after replacing my HDD and doing a clean install. Please, no suggestions that I download tools/apps I have to pay for as I am on a fixed income and do not have the resources. Thank You for any input.
