Dissapointed

I have been trying to get a refund since November 2025 for two products. I was clearly told I am eligible, and the refund amounts were agreed. The cases were escalated, and on January 15, 2026, I received confirmation that the refund had been issued via bank transfer, with a 4–6 week timeframe.

As of today, April 16, 2026, nothing has been received, and my bank confirms there is no incoming transfer. Now support is claiming the refund “cannot be processed,” which directly contradicts their own written confirmation.

Attempts to resolve this through tickets have been pointless—I keep receiving the same generic replies that ignore the actual issue.

This level of inconsistency and lack of accountability is unacceptable. I expect a clear explanation and immediate resolution.
