do you have a problem ?

Seems like my computer is over extending and it’s slow…no obvious virus problems but it’s very slow.

There’s so many running programs in your pc,. try to uncheck the startup of the useless programs and try to scan your system using Malwarebytes…

Your version of Adobe Reader is positively ancient and vulnerable, so I suspect there may be other applications that require security updates. It also doesn’t need to be running on boot, only when you open a pdf file and then it should start automatically.

That said Adobe reader is very bloated and a huge target for malware, so it has to be kept up to date, but better still I would suggest using a different PDF reader, like Foxit PDF Reader, much lighter on resources.
