I have been having some issues with Skype sound quality such as “fading, robotic, and choppiness/breaking.” Skype is in the “safe list” of Avast. But I need to know if Avast is somewhat blocking the Skype acess? Thanks for any input

avast does not block anything (at least the antivirus), just scan.
