If we installing some software and the installations begin, the installer unpacking the file to our computer, does avast scanning every file that is unpacked by the installer to your computer ?
And if so, does this made installer slower ?
A antivirus program monitors evrything that goes on in your computer, download / upload / copy paste / file read / files save / file move … evrything
And if so, does this made installer slower ?See reply #34 >> https://forum.avast.com/index.php?topic=221963.msg1526414#msg1526414
What if I am temporary disable Avast while installing software then the software put virus/malware while installing into my computer without my knowledge. If this happened, and then i start scanning its possible Avast detecting this virus/malware even though this virus infected my computer while avast disabled ?

Also note that NO security program have 100% detection or zero false positives
- What would you want to temporarily disable avast for, this really is what resident antivirus software is designed for.
I rarely if ever disable avast to install a program - many, many years ago this was suggested by many pieces of software and I would have to wonder as to their reason for this. I would rather look for a different software option if that was what they wanted.
- It would really depend on what that virus, malware was, so there could be no 100% guarantee it would be caught on subsequent scans.
If i add program files folder to exception list and then i am installing software to program files, while program being installed, does avast still scanning file that installed to program files even though I’ve already add program files to exception list?
