If you do monitor these I’m curious as to why it states you do not typically get back to the sender on most occasions when something is sent for analysis? I am using Avast Ultimate 2020 and it keeps hitting the VLC Downloader extension from chrome sending it to virus vault. The point is I cannot see that they are a decent outfit and in sending it I wanted to know whether or not it’s a false positive but if you don’t get back to me I’m left to choose whether or not to go for it or not on my own. I can do that without your antivirus.
