i’ve been billed twice and avast says my computer is not protected. How lovely.
I can’t call anyone so as someone who is old, and basically not computer literate, I find it impossible to fix this even by contacting my credit card company.
I guess I’ll just cancel my credit card if all else fails.

it asks for my “order id”
I don’t have it and doubt i could find it among thousands of emails in my inbox
maybe i’ll post something on facebook
