Double charge on credit card

Hi I took Avast trail version 3 moths back. Around a month back I was offered a discounted one year subscription by Avast and I opted for it. Avast charged me one year membership fee. SOme time later towards the end of 3 months Avast again charged me full one year fee. I ahev raised a ticket on their support channel but it has been over week and I have not got a reply back. Is there a way to escalate a ticket?

I called the attention to your case. Do not send another ticket. Be patient, being weekend and all.

When registering and making payment on Jan.23 I was billed for TWO registrations when ONLY ONE was required. There had been problems on the registration and you have taken two payments from my account .I have already sent an e-mail to you and you indicated that you would reply about this. I have today received your reply which in no way indicates that you have (or will)refund the relevant amount as requested .If you are not agreeable to this then kindly make a FULL refund of BOTH payments that you have claimed from my card and remove my details from your files. This is because you have not kept to your original contract details . I await a speedy reply . Thank you.
