Download Problem

Hello. I am sorry if I am putting this in the wrong place. First time on this website.

I have been trying to download the home version on my PC at home for two days…

It starts out fine (using XP and Time Warner cable) and after about 3% download, it stops. By that, I mean, the download page is open…and the “flying files” fly from the download into the folder, but the download does not budge.

Does anyone have any ideas why this is happening?

i don’t know why it happes, but i would clean the temporary internet files and try to download it again help?

(probably the server was down becaus of to many downloads)

if it again doesn’t work you can try to download the program from any other site which offers this download…
which language do you need?
