There are no answers to my question. Is this a forum where one can get help with Avast VPN?

First, I’m an Avast user and not an Avast Team member.

Posting all over the place doesn’t help, check the replies to your other posts.

You have received replies in the other three topics you have created all topics misspelt “Downlod”. Click your username and check the Profile Activity. Just one that I have replied to.

Tip - If you click on your username icon/avatar (in your case A) Notifications and Account - there should be an option to view your Notifications and Account. Click on that and It should show any replies to your post/s..
