DRI*Avast Software suspicious charge

Hello,
Recently I’ve taken a look at my credit card transactions and I saw a transaction of $99.99 dollars from a transaction named “DRI.AVAST Software”. But I’ve never used their services before. I do not even own any of their subscriptions/apps. How can I get a refund and why was I charged this?

How can I identify a charge from Avast on my billing statement?

The list below includes the different descriptors used by each of our authorized partners:

    Digital River, Digital River Company, DigRiv Ireland Ltd, DRI, DRIAvast, DR*Avast</blockquote>

You must have (in the past) accepted a trial for an avast product with your bank details and forgotten to remove the Auto Renewal (it’s checked by default and needs to be unchecked or cancelled.)

I have tried to cancel this and you are taking money out my bank

Yeah. I just got billed for something I don´t have! I have checked and I don´t have any accounts or anything. This is alot of money, which I don´t really have. >:(

Twice they have taken money from my bank, without me having an account or having made a purchase from Avast, they are real rats,scammers

How would they get you bank details in order to achieve this ?

une facture 97,72 à etait facturer sur ma carte de crédi sen mon consentement …je veux annuler !!

Tried free Avast version six months ago, no good, chose F-Secure instead. Imagine my surprise when I see that Avast has been to my bank and withdrawn 60 USD ? 60 USD FOR WHAT THEN ??? :o Don’t have an Avast product. Don’t own any Avast product. I would appreciate it if Avast stopped robbing my bank and would appreciate it even more if they refunded my $60. But is that too much to ask? Plain honesty ??
