The internet reviews say there’s a duplicate file finder, and they show a screen shot of a menu with an icon for it. However, I can’t find that menu, and I can’t find anything about duplicates anywhere in the program.
I tried the search function on this web page, and it finds literally nothing under “duplicate file finder”.
Can someone help me find it, or confirm that it doesn’t exist anymore?
I’m about to pay for a program to find duplicates, so I’d really like to hear if I’ve already got one. Thank you!
I just got done chatting with a tech support person, who informed me that the feature is only available on MAC computers.
Apparently, if you have a PC, the feature never existed for you (and me). I will stop looking and pay for a separate program to find duplicates. I definitely won’t be renewing cleanup premium. In fact, I may cancel 4 months early, just to make sure I don’t forget and I have time to deal with any hurdles to cancelation.
thanks for clarifying , i saw the option in Android so purchased the subscription but dont see it on my PC app . this is misleading by avast … would not be renewing as that was my primary requirement from cleanup
