Still there isn’t a Dutch version from Avast 5 does anyone knows when this one wi’ll come out?

Yes and avast also doesn’t anwser here!!!
Avast has gone a bit more global then before. As consequence of bigger audience I guess programmers are very busy ironing out this increase in strange reported issues with Avast 5 on increasing combination of configurations (mine works fine luckily), and the rest of the company will probably spend percentage-wise more time on interesting stuff like marketing, projects, and meetings.
But thats my opinion of course, not Avast’s,
