E-mail Guardian Labeling My Hospital's E-mails as SCAM

I added the “Avast: Review” label to the e-mail. Am I supposed to also remove the Avast: Scam label? What do i do next? This has been going on weeks now… This isn’t okay to be marking people’s hospitals and health test results as SCAM.

With avast false positive virus alerts there is a form to submit , but the questions don’t pertain to a false positive e-mail. Anyone know what to do?
