Earn Rewards section Error

Hi there,

I am using Avast Premium Security by using the activation code which I received by referring to friends.
I remember that I have invited 6 friends of mine. Before, it showed in the earn rewards section that I have invited 6 friends and it showed the “Claim now” option below the Premium Security and Ultimate. Today, when I opened the Earn Rewards section, it shows that I have 0 friends invited and I don’t have any of the referral rewards. You can check the profile that I have invited 6 members before but now it shows 0.

Hi, if you already claimed your reward, it probably was reset.

Six months back, I have claimed the one with “Premium security 6 months free for 1 PC”, we receive this after referring to 1 friend. I have 16 days remaining for this license.

I didn’t claim the other one i.e., “Premium security 6 months free for upto 10 devices” and “Ultimate 6 months free for 1 PC”. It showed “Claim now” options below and it also showed that 6 members were invited. But now it shows 0 members invited.

I didn’t claim the reward which we get after referring 3 and 5 friends.

  1. Premium security - 6 months free for upto 10 devices
  2. Ultimate - 6 months free for 1 PC

When I click on Technical support for a free Avast Product

It shows the knowledge base where we need to search for answers and I couldn’t find anything related to referrals. The other option is this forum.

I can send my account details if you can check the number of referrals I have done.
I have done 6 referrals but now it’s showing 0.

As said, contact support, nothing much I/we can do on the forum.

If I choose the option with Technical Support for free Avast product, it says to check the knowledge base or else the Avast forum.

If I choose the option with Technical Support for Paid Avast product, then it asks for Order ID. How do I get an order ID? As I was using Premium Security which I received by referring to my friend.

I believe that the two options would be valid from the time given/awarded for 6 months and not from when you install.

In the same way if you bought a license, but didn’t use it, the clock is running from the time of purchase.

Just enter/use 00000000 and explain it in your request.
