Edge browser blocker

Does anyone know how to remove a browser blocker ? I got one (not even sure how,as i was just browsing various web pages) and now every time i open edge i get a “interpol association-national security agency” screen. At first i thought it was damn funny, but now i can’t get rid of it,it has become anything but funny. I can only access the internet through chrome as i use both chrome and edge.

Every time i open edge the same screen opens and i have even deleted edge and reinstalled and the browser blocker is still there !
