According to the article, it’s another good reason
to stay away from the big Anti Virus names and as stressed
many times before,
Use a Multi Tiered Defense.
Antivirus
Firewall
Mal ware protection
and if possible
a Router.
And not to forget: in browser protection and above all “Your common sense”, just enough of the average wit not to visit sites that can get you infected with malware.
Thanks for the Australian Computer News, and thanks for the head up.
I have seen too many people I’ve known over the years are still using Norton Anti-shit you know what I am talking about, sorry for the language and it true not very many people own their home computer do understand about Multi Layer Security Defense as Bob said.
And also same goes for business companies as well bloody company IT, I get caught out with to many virus, malware, trojans and etc etc.
Can I ask you one simple question since I have been working in varies professional company for 16yrs do not install all the complete MS Update security patches, every time I take a little bit of a peek inside the company work computer desktop and I see MS Windows update is turn off. Why do companies do that.
And we still get caught out by nasty. >:( >:( >:( >:( >:( >:( >:( >:(
just watch where and what you do on the internet just like driving on the highway in your car watching where you go and turn on the road(does that make any sense at all) 8)

Simple SpeedyPC,
Not every update is trouble free. So, if the system is working fine,
why take a chance on messing it up.
Is it the correct attitude? of course not but it's the easy and sometimes
the cheap way out.
Money drives a Corp. and the less it spends, the greater it's profits.
The happier it's stockholders will be.
