I have had emails from a trusted safe sender flagged as Scam multiple times in the last 3 days (but not before). How can I mark the sender’s address as “safe” to Avast?
Hello, I have just had the same problem. It flagged an important email that I had been watching for as suspicious, and I was totally unaware of this. As a result, I missed an important deadline. Without going and looking at the mail client in the Avast Suspicious folder, there is no way of finding it. Worse, today, it flagged as suspicious an email from my sister replying to one I sent her.
Yesterday, I asked the same customer support AI the same question. It relied ‘I will have to go and find out. Please wait’ It never came back! So, I assume there is no way for the AI to learn what is and what is not suspicious in MY emails.
This morning, I disabled it, as I cannot trust it.
