Email Message Certification

Hi,

I have just come back to Avast and downloaded the latest version. I cannot seem to find where I can request to have the Email Certification (by Avast) on incoming messages. Is this just with the latest version, and if I wanted to use this feature, would I need to download a previous version?

What product of Avast are you using? Free/Pro/AIS?

The newest version is 7.0.1456.

I am using the latest Avast Free and I also cannot find where to activate the email certification statements. Any assistance would be appreciated.

Well crap. lol That was one of the things that I loved about avast. Oh well

if you can send/recive a mail without avast stoping it…it means avast say clean, so why do you need a message in the mail telling you?

Well there really is no need for it when you think if avast considers an email coming in infected it will give you an audible and visual alert, it will also mark the email Subject and will remove any infected attachment before it arrives in your inbox.

So what point a clean note, if it gets through all that without being molested it is clean.

The only benefit would be for outbound emails and that would be promoting avast!
