I have a 20-seat subscription to Endpoint Protection Suite Plus, and I recently upgraded several machines to Windows 10. It turns out Windows 10 is not supported. This is both frustrating and unacceptable. My annual renewal of Endpoint Protection Suite was only a few weeks old, so I put in a request for a pro-rated refund (ticket #YWF-827-53124). No one will even acknowledge the refund request, and when I followed up with a request for a response, that was completely ignored as well.
What’s up with Avast?? I would not have expected such poor customer service. Anyone else having this problem? Avast, can you please process the refund?
Hello there, actually the latest version of EPS from Avast is runing on windows 10.
In the first hand I have a test machine runing it since one week and there is no troubleshoot (perhaps Avast just solve it ?)
In the second one, there is one drawback, the console i use before didn’t reconize my install from EPS client so i need to uninstall the old version and make another install for the new one.

I can confirm that Avast Endpoint Protection Suite Plus works on Windows 10.
And Enterprise Administration Console (running on Windows Server 2012) recognizes Windows 10 clients.
