Enterprise Console Not Responding?

We accidentally filled up the hard drive on the server that runs Enterprise Admin Console. Since then, the service will only run for an hour or two before it becomes non-responsive. If we try to shutdown the service in Services, it fails. Restarting the computer lets it work again for a period of time. The entConsole.log file gives 0x000005B4 error code when trying to connect. Any ideas how to fix?

Have you tried doing a repair install from add/remove programs?
You said the disk space got full…did you resolve that or move the installation to a new server?
