Error 1331 - Install

I am trying to install a managed client on a laptop hooked to a domain and am getting this error

administrator error 1331 (Logon failure: account currently disabled)

I have checked and the administrator accounts are fine and not disabled.

Any thoughts?

come on guys any help. This is a vista computer as well hooking to an SBS 2003 server
