Error 305 Requested service not available at the moment!

Dear support.

Today, at 16:00 H Brazil Time (UTC-3), when I try to access my.avast.com and I select mobile smartphone Android, all of them is not showing information or theft, backup is not working. I got the message:
Requested service not available at the moment! Please try again later. (Antitheft)

If I try my PC or notebook, it is everything ok.

I know that earlier, this feature is working and now is it not. At the moment MyAvast.com is not recognizing Avast App installed on my smartphone, it shows me that those app (Avast Mobile Security, Backup and Anti-theft) is not installed.

Thanks in advance.

PS: I observed that My Licenses now is “0” at MyAvast.com. I have 1 licenses Avast Mobile Security.

Exactly the same thing to my account since yesterday… error 305.

Same here, it’s not working since yesterday, 16 PM + 2 (GMT), Eaastern Europe time. Please fix it.

Have been getting this randomly for over a week. I have to hit refresh up to 10 times before it comes back.
