I’m from Vietnam and i’m using Avast Free.It’s so light and sure.
But when i install “File Format Converter” - this is used for Office 2003 to work with new format(.docx, .pptx and .xlsx)- and restart, my language got error like in picture.

Vietnamese is error and size of font decrease.
I don’t know how to fix it. Can you show me ?
And you should fix this error in next vesion.

Well, maybe the Office pack is changing default font settings of Windows ???
Did you try adding a new language for avast (like English) and check?
Maybe reinstalling avast could get a solution? ???
Maybe some font file was replaced / added with the “wrong” version when you installed that software.
I don’t think this has anything to do with avast!, something got changed in the OS during the installation of the tool.
Go into Control Panel / Regional and Language Options / Languages and make sure that the “Install files for complex scripts and right-to-left languages” is checked. If it is, I’d suggest trying to uncheck it, close the window, possibly reboot when requested, and then going back there and checking that option again.
