Error: Can't find any server for downloading (from 0) PLEASE HELP

Hi everyone :slight_smile: I’m new here and could do with a little help.

The problem is, I keep getting a message when Windows starts that a new version is availible. I click it to download, but keep getting an error message saying ‘Error: Can’t find any server for downloading (from 0)’. Is there any way to either fix the problem or get rid of the new version message ???
