After scanning I get 0 infections but some files could not be scanned because files are password protected. But by who and is it possible that theses files are infected?

Hi: As mentioned/answered here in the forum, Files that are password protected are simply that. Some programs password protect data ie Acrabat Adobe. Data that is password protected can’t be scanned as Avast would have no way of knowing the password.
