error msg trying to log on to bank account

I installed Avast EasyPass, configured the Chrome extension, chose a password, etc. I can access some password-protected sites, but two have given a “wrong password” error msg. A number appears in the username and password fields. I don’t know what to do. Please advise. Thanks.

Easypass has been replaced by avast passwords.
