Error on Login in Avast Antivirus - Windows 10

I can’t login with my google account; always show blank page

A long ongoing problem.
Login through the website.

but in the antivirus program it continues the same, without starting the session and in trial period, for the same thing :-[

What Is, avast version etc.?

windows 10 pro and avast antivirus 17.6.2310

This is very frustrating, I just purchased a new laptop with Windows 10 and I cannot login to my recently installed Avast premier (the software is up to date.) Why am I paying for Avast when it won’t function on Windows 10 (works just fine on my Windows 7 desktop)

problem persist on 17.8.2318 version :frowning:

anyone works on this bug or only interested on steal our money with a product with bugs? >:(

steps:
1- open avast
2- go to login
3- try to login with google
4- after many, many tries, (and without solution from avast) ,think to buy another solution :stuck_out_tongue:

I have the same problem. After reinstalling windows I wanted to use avast again with password browser extention. To do so i need to login to avast to recover my saved passwords, but I can not login with Google account as befor.

I contacted the support, many times, but, today the problem persist and support don’t respond me :frowning:

Hey guys. Could you inform me if this case will be solved. I’d like to know how to fix the problem, or I will delete avast for ever.

since september (when I found it), it’s not fixed.

support always says “reinstall and try again”, and when you answer that this did not fixed my problem", they never contact us again :frowning:

I will consider requesting a refund and buying a kaspersky antivirus

Leave Kaspersky. It spies for the russian government. AVG free or Bitdefender free just do it’s job well enough.
