Error: The system cannot find the path specified (3)

Last night I did a full scan of my computer after running into something called System Tools, which I thought I caught in time. At first it wouldn’t allow me to to anything at all, so I manually shut down the computer and booted in safe mode. I’m using XP Home and Avast Free Edition, v. 5.1.889, current update 110129-0. I was able to do a system restore to the day before and it worked. I immediately ran Avast and went to bed. When I checked the results, I found disturbing news. Six files had the message: Error: The system cannot find the path specified (3), and I am attaching a screen capture of the log.
My question is, what do you advise I do at this point?

It was obvious by the number of files scanned that Avast wasn’t able to do a complete scan. My question now is what do I do with the six files? There are the normal suggestions; send to chest, repair, delete, and do nothing. The files are all named the same with the exception of the exact file name, so to conserve space I’ll only type it in once, then the name of the file:

C:\program files\alwil software\avast5-2\defs\11012601

algo.dll
aswcmnbs.dll
aswcmnis.cll
aswcmnos.dll
aswengin.dll
aswscan.dll

The system cannot find the path specified (3),
This means the files are in memory and therefore have no physical location. Also they are Avast definition files - so it looks like you did a memory scan as well

The advice is do nothing as they are harmless memory files/definitions
